For most of the route, it does run both ways. It's only loop-like in a couple places. The bigger problem was that, if you didn't catch an early bus, the times that it arrived were wildly inconsistent. I would get out there at 10:35 and miss the bus one day, then be waiting until 10:55 the next. I'll probably see you at WinCo sometimes.<BR/><BR/>The 9/5 route is easily the most commuter-friendly bus route in the Corvallis system, not just because they run twice as frequently, but also because they run both ways instead of making a loop.
